1 almond flour chicken breast (recipe here)
3 Tbsp. sassy tomato sauce (recipe here) or use any no sugar added sauce
1 Tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup mixed veggies (I have cauliflower with cheese pictured)
Preheat oven to 350.
Place chicken in a medium baking dish.
Top with tomato sauce and cheeses.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and chicken is heated through.
Serve with vegetables.
