Detox Water Recipes To Try

Wanting to lose weight is not just limited to diets & supplements.

Water plays a very important role! Drinking water with detox foods helps your body get rid of toxins & impurities that improve digestion, aids weight loss & also reduces inflammation.

Here are some of my favorite ingredients to add to detox waters you can try + their benefits!

Lemons, Limes or Oranges -

Adding citrus fruits like these help your body -

Cucumber -

Berries -

Adding any & all kind of berries like Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry can be helpful in detoxing your body & helps with -

Apples -

Not the first choice when it comes to detoxing. But adding apples to water help your body -

Making Detox water is so simple & easy. Here's what you do -

  • Take a large pitcher or jar

  • Pick a combo of 1 or 2 fruits from the list above

  • Cut them into slices & place it in the container

  • Top the pitcher with water & add ice (optional)

Place it in the fridge for at least two hours or over-night before you start consuming.
