Do you offer wholesale?

I have a custom request. What do I do?

If you want a customized bracelet, send me an email at nicole@plaatinumsass.com and I'll design something just for you! 

I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
Email us nicole@platinumsass.com. I will take care of it for you as long as I have not already started making your order or they have not been shipped.

My order is missing, what do I do?
Try refreshing your browser cache as a first step. It is also a good idea to verify that all of your shipping and credit card information is entered correctly.

Will my jewelry look exactly the same as in the picture?
When purchasing crystals from Bad Bitch Vibes, please note that the images I have on our website represent the quality & sizing you can expect to receive, not the actual stones as seen in image. Each stone is unique & one of a kind so there will be variations in colour and shape.
